    Girls in Low Places

Girls In Low Places is the UK’s leading country music podcast — created and hosted by Katie Atkin, bringing a fresh, female voice (and pink cowboy hat chaos) to the country scene.

Born out of a breakup and a called-off wedding following her Nashville hen trip, Katie saw an opportunity and a gap for the female voice in country music interviews, creating a distinctive style bringing out artists' personality and humour, with her trademark cheek and sass. What started as a personal outlet has grown into a bold, unfiltered space where  fans feel they can join the country conversation. The podcast has also secured an impressive female following.

  • Pinned as country music’s answer to Chicken Shop, Girls In Low Places mixes heart and humour with headline interviews and hot takes on the latest in the country world — from Nashville to the UK. Guests have included a viral interview with Riley Green, Tucker Wetmore, Carly Pearce, and country music legend Bob Harris, with new episodes dropping every Thursday.
